During 2007-08 GCF was honoured with Best Performance Award by TNPL ( A Tamilnadu State Govt. Undertaking ) for its excellent, consistent and continuous working in the field of Waste land cultivation, Farm forestry and Captive work for TNPL.
DURING 2008-09 GCF participated in ATMA (Agricultural Technology Management Agency) Exhibition conducted in Pudukottai for the neighbouring five districts and received the Best Performance Award from the District Collector for Appreciable field work, Good presentation and Best awareness programme amongst a number of leading NGO’s at the exhibition and seminar at Pudukottai.
During 2009-10 GCF has received the First Prize from the District Collector consecutively for the second time for its contribution at ATMA Exhibition conducted in Pudukottai.
Green Care Foundation bagged the ‘Gem of Tamil Nadu’award institututed by National Integrity cultural academy, for the year 2010-11.The award carrying a citation and gold medal was presented in recognition of the foundation’s hard work for providing linkage services between agriculturists and various institutes and for development of agricultural activity even in small land holdings.
